Jacques R. Elmaleh, CFA is a Senior Portfolio Manager, Director of Research, and a Principal at The Colony Group. He brings over 20 years of experience working with clients as a portfolio manager and director of research specializing in sustainable investing, growth, dividend income, and international equity strategies.

Jacques served as Director of Research and a Portfolio Manager and Principal at Steinberg Global Asset Management prior to their merger with The Colony Group in 2019. Previously, he worked for a money management firm in Miami as an Investment analyst.

Jacques earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Miami, where he was awarded the Patrick Cesarano Scholarship for academic excellence in finance. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst ® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of South Florida. In 2022, he completed the BlackRock Emerging Leader Lab program.

Jacques enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, biking, and boating.
