Frank is the Chief Investment Officer of The Colony Group’s Family Office Practice.  He also manages several institutional and private client portfolios and is responsible for defining the international investment strategy for institutional clients. Frank served as the head of the private equity and international research teams within the Institutional Advisory Practice. He joined The Colony Group from New Providence Asset Management when the firms merged in 2021. 

Frank was previously the Chief Investment Officer at Berens Capital Management, an asset management firm with a global mandate, and the Chief Investment Officer at StoneWater Capital, an investment firm focused on Emerging Markets. Frank started his investment career at Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, where he was a Partner and led investments in technology, communications and IT services. Before becoming an investment professional, he was a research engineer with NTT in Tokyo.

Frank served on the Board of Directors of several companies in the United States, Europe and Israel, and was Chair of the Board of Trustees of the French-American School of New York. He is a Director of Envision Asset Management, an investment firm focused on Indian equities, and an Adjunct Professor at New York University Stern School of Business, where he teaches a graduate course on international investing.  

Frank earned a PhD from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He grew up in North Africa and has traveled to over 70 countries. When not in the office or on the road, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
