Nicole is a Client Service Manager at The Colony Group. She coordinates trade reconciliation, data backup, quarterly investment composites and account administration for a team of portfolio managers.

Prior to merging with The Colony Group in 2021, Nicole joined Capital Advisors, LLC in May 2008 where she assumed responsibility for the administration of client services. Nicole was instrumental in strengthening compliance procedures including expanding the firm’s disaster recovery procedure, updating Form ADV and the preparation of various management reports.

Previously, Nicole was a District Assistant with GMAC Mortgage, LLC where she worked directly with clients and loan officers in mortgage underwriting. Prior to that, Nicole served as Legal Assistant with Fusaro, Altomare & Ermilio, a central Massachusetts law firm with over 90 years of history. She also served as a Legal Assistant with Fuller, Rosenberg, Palmer and Beliveau LLP of Worcester. Nicole is a Notary Public and serves as an impartial witness related to the signing of important documents.

Outside of the office, Nicole is married with two children and currently lives in Oxford, Massachusetts.
