Jay is a Senior Operations Associate at The Colony Group with over 19 years of experience supporting financial advisors and serving clients. Skilled in analyzing and implementing effective systems, strategies and process, he applies these talents to improve organizational performance and client satisfaction. His natural warm personality and humor make him a favorite with clients as he cares for their day-to-day transactional needs.
Jay served as a Client Service Manager with Bridgewater Wealth & Financial Management prior to merging with The Colony Group in early 2018. Prior to that, he was a Senior Wealth Associate with MTX Wealth Management and Director of Operations with Fortigent, LLC.
In his spare time, Jay enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two young children.
