Elizabeth leads the client service team at a national level, working to integrate services and processes across offices. She also manages logistics and workflow for the Tax Department.
Elizabeth attended the University of Massachusetts – Amherst where she studied Linguistics. In her spare time she teaches English and writing as part of her volunteer efforts with Rosie’s Place, a shelter whose mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment that helps poor and homeless women maintain their dignity, seek opportunity and find security in their lives.
