Client Services

Charlene is a Manager of the Client Service team at The Colony Group. She brings over six years of experience working in the financial services industry, primarily in client service. She is part of a team that oversees and develops policies for the Client Service team at the firm.  

Charlene also provides direct support to a team of portfolio managers & Relationship Managers, for which her responsibilities include, but are not limited to: client onboarding, account maintenance, and cashiering requests. Charlene has a track record of providing clients with a high level of service and attention to detail. Charlene is working on obtaining her CFP® certification. 

Prior to joining InterOcean Capital, Charlene worked as a Client Service Associate for Morgan Stanley in Tampa, FL. Charlene attended Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. 

In her free time, she enjoys traveling or spending time at the lake with her family & friends. She also loves spending time outdoors with her German Shepherd Heidi.
