Amy is the Managing Director, Client Services and Operations at The Colony Group. In this role, she develops and implements operational and technology enhancements and drives strategic and sustainable changes to continuously improve the client service experience. She also applies her expertise in process improvement, user adoption, and change management in the onboarding and integration of merger firms. Amy also partners with key stakeholders to support the firm’s growth through new service offerings.

In her 20-year career at The Colony Group, Amy has held various roles in Operations, Client Service, and Portfolio Management.

Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salve Regina University.
