Lindsay Evans
Business Analyst, Client Service & Operations
Concord, NH
As a Business Analyst at The Colony Group, Lindsay assesses training processes for the client service team while managing the CSA floater. She also works on the Integrations within the Colony Group to deliver clean data integration and operations process adherence.
Lindsay is attentive to the needs of our client’s and strives to build a better process for colleagues to follow in the goal of a unified team model. Lindsay is also a member of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
Before joining The Colony Group, Lindsay worked in client service, software development and integration as well as payments security and compliance.
She attended Norwich University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Digital Media. She has also worked on the project management certification, SCRUM.
Outside the office, Lindsay enjoys traveling, spending time with her two Miniature Schnauzers, and getting outdoors.
