This list recognizes members of the industry who are under 40 years of age who are impacting the industry for the better based on four criteria: accomplishments, contributions to the industry, leadership and potential.

As a Wealth Advisor at The Colony Group, JP focuses on financial planning for clients from multiple generations. JP serves as Treasurer for Revolution 250, a consortium of non-profits dedicated to celebrating the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution in Massachusetts. He also serves on the board and investment committee of the Paul Revere Memorial Association and is a member of the Colonial Society of Massachusetts. JP is also Vice-Chair of The Boston Foundation’s Professional Advisors Network. JP also serves as a member our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
