Jeanie is the Director of Administration and Finance for The Colony Group and Executive Assistant to each of the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chair of the firm. She works closely with the CEO, COO, and CFO of The Colony Group to provide executive support for the daily management, administrative, and operational needs of the firm. Jeanie administers the day to day aspects of the company’s finances, coordinates the company’s payroll and benefit offerings, and is a primary contact for its relationships with various vendors and third-party service providers. She also helps manage the staffing and operational needs of The Colony Group’s offices in New York, Virginia, and Florida.
Before joining The Colony Group, Jeanie served as the Office Manager and Assistant to the General Agent for the North Shore General Agency of John Hancock Financial Services where she was responsible for administering the compensation and benefits of the agency, coordinating its information technology needs, and processing its commission payments.
Jeanie formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Merrimack Valley chapter of Soroptimist International, an organization for business and professional women who provide volunteer service to community-based and international projects benefiting women and girls. She continues to be involved with Soroptimist and previously served as President of her local chapter. Jeanie is involved in various volunteer activities in her community and enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
